We know that legal costs are a concern and we will advise you on the best way to fund your case. We have credit card facilities and, subject to approval, can obtain a loan, repayable at the conclusion of your case, so that the cost of your case can be spread out or deferred as you wish. Furthermore, you may be eligible for public funding (formerly Legal Aid) and, if so, we will advise you appropriately.
