Criminal law, in its various aspects, is a complex subject. Individuals who are legally represented usually do better than those who represent themselves. Our criminal defence team led by Ron Gould work, literally, round the clock providing a 24/7 service, to those who find themselves in the (unfortunate) position of needing their help and advice.

Our criminal law team includes the only female defence advocate on the Island.

If you are required to see the police, you should seek legal advice beforehand. We can advise you before you go to the police station and accompany you there.

If you are a suspect at a police station, free Legal Aid may be available, no matter what your means.
