Ghaff Khan

Ghaff is a senior solicitor and advocate with 22 years experience in Criminal Defence work and is the Head of the Criminal Litigation Department. He grew up in Manchester and started his career there as a solicitor in 1989.

After setting up and running his own legal practice for 10 years in Lincolnshire he took a career break between 2008-2010 when he travelled extensively with his wife and was then based in London doing freelance legal work before moving to the Island with his wife in 2011 to settle here.

Ghaff has two grown up children. He was an active Round Tabler in the 1990s and has given up a lot of spare time getting involved in charity work. He is a keen observer of Human Rights issues and in his spare time enjoys film, drama and listening to a wide variety of music.
