Catherine Young

Originally from Yorkshire, Catherine had been a frequent visitor to the island since 2001. In August 2010 she joined RJR as a Family Paralegal having made the permanent move to the Island.

She has previously worked for her local Magistrate’s Courts and police force but was keen to get into the private sector. Eager to achieve her career goal of eventually becoming a family solicitor Catherine is currently studying with ILEX and is currently a graduate member.

In her spare time, Catherine enjoys holidaying in the Lake District and has even climbed Scafell and Helvellyn via Striding Edge! She hopes to climb Ben Nevis and Snowdon in the near future to complete the Three Peaks challenge.
