Business Lease (Landlord)

A business lease is a legal document which sets out the relevant duties and responsibilities of landlord and tenant in respect of business premises. The

price quoted applies to a lease of a single building to run for up to five years with rent less than £10,000 a year

Our fee includes meeting with you to discuss and explain the relevant issues, preparing the lease, providing signature copies and instructions on how to sign it then providing secure storage of the original (if desired).

Business Lease (Tenant)

A business lease is a legal document which sets out the relevant duties and responsibilities of landlord and tenant in respect of business premises.

Our fee includes meeting with you to analyse your lease, discuss the situation and explain the relevant issues - followed a written report outlining your available options (both legal and practical) and the cost implications.

Partnership Agreement

A partnership agreement is a legal document which sets out the duties and responsibilities of business partners – and are an absolute must in partnership situations. The price quoted is for a two partner agreement where the business is owned equally.

Our fee includes meeting with you to discuss and explain the relevant issues, preparing the agreement, arranging for you and your partner to sign the agreement in duplicate

Formation of a General Commercial Company

A general commercial Company can be a useful vehicle for operating a business as it provides limited liability.

Our fee includes meeting with you to discuss your requirements, assistance in completing the appropriate application forms, submitting the application, and paying the Companies House fee. Once processed by Companies House we provide you with the Certificate of Incorporation and a copy of the formation documents.
