Motoring Offences

We have years of experience of defending and mitigating drink driving, speeding and other general motoring offences. We offer a fixed fee package for private clients who need to minimize the impact of any prosecution for motoring offences.

Our fee includes meeting with you to discuss and explain the relevant issues and providing advice on the best course of action. Then carrying out research and investigations on your behalf, submitting such pre-trial paperwork as may be appropriate and providing advocacy services in Court.

Motoring Offence Mitigation (Guilty Plea): £180

Motoring Offence Defence (Not Guilty Plea): Fixed fee by agreement
