Employment related problems

Employment related disputes are best avoided and from the employers point of view they are becoming increasingly expensive. The sooner you contact us to discuss your employment problems the better, but remember:-

  • Most claims have to be made by an employee within three months of dismissal - but it is not always obvious when dismissal took place.

  • If an employer and employee reach agreement on compensation or not bringing any claims, then it must be in a specified format, otherwise it is invalid and the employee could still bring a claim.

  • Discrimination can be on the grounds of sex race or disability.
