How does it work?
We will assess your claim and if we think you are likely to win, we can do the work on your case without being paid until the conclusion of the case. If you win - we get paid. If you lose - we do not get paid.

If you do win, we will charge our usual fees plus an additional percentage that is agreed between us at the start of the case. The additional percentage compensates us for the risks we are taking and the delay in payment. A formal agreement is drawn up between you and us which deals with the details of the arrangement and complies with the Law Society's guidance.

In the unlikely event of you losing your case, the court may order you to pay your opponents legal fees. We can arrange insurance to cover these costs and to give you peace of mind.

There will usually be other expenses involved such as medical experts' fees or barristers' fees. We will discuss with you how these are to be funded and we can usually arrange insurance to cover these expenses.
